SMS & Email Consent (A2P 10DLC)

This page states the express written consent terms (the "Consent") for receiving email and SMS text message communications from Mailbox Plus of Ohio, LLC. This Consent is Clause 13 of the Mailbox Service Agreement and is reproduced here in full.

What you may consent to

By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting, you give Mailbox Plus permission to contact you by email and/or SMS text message for:

Service notifications
Package arrival alerts
Billing reminders
Important account updates
Customer service follow-ups

The Consent

By giving consent, you understand and agree:

Message frequency varies based on service activity (e.g., package arrival alerts, invoices, reminders).
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and may opt out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting Mailbox Plus directly.
For help with SMS messages, reply HELP.
Consent to receive email or SMS text messages is not a condition of receiving mailbox services or entering into the Mailbox Service Agreement.
You affirm that the phone number and email address you provide belong to you and are accurate.

Where consent is recorded

When you sign up for a mailbox plan that includes text and email alerts, you are asked to affirm this Consent during checkout. Your typed confirmation, phone number, and the date and time of your acceptance are recorded on your account for compliance purposes.
