What if UPS rejects my package after I drop it off with you?

If we accept it, UPS accepts it. We're a UPS authorized location—we know their standards. If there's ever an issue, we fix it at no extra charge.

Can you just reinforce my box without repacking everything?

Yes. Often we just add corner protection, better tape, or a layer of bubble wrap. Takes 2 minutes, costs $2–3.

Do I have to repack it in a new box?

Only if the current box is damaged or too weak. Most of the time we can work with what you brought.
