Amazon says "QR code label-free return"—do I still need a label?
Yes. If Amazon only gave you a QR code (label-free), that return must go to an Amazon-authorized partner — The UPS Store, Kohl's, Whole Foods, or Amazon Hub. We can't scan Amazon QR codes. If your return includes a printable label, bring it or send it to us and we'll handle the rest.
Amazon assigned UPS—can I drop it off?
